Talk about performance pressure, this fund guarantees its members a 4.75% annual return on their money,  in order to stay in line with its competitiors, who are largely insurance companies. To surpass those challengers, the fund sweetens its offering with a profit distribution that is currently up to 3%, placing the VKG-managed fund way above the insurance companies that are offering between a half and one percent in such distributions. That edge doesn't come without risk though and that's where continuos risk management goes hand in hand with VKG's procedures for ongoing performance measurement.
