L. Todd Juillerat, CFA joined INVESCO's Investmenet Risk Management Department in October 2005. As Global Head of Performance Measurement, he is responsible for the firm's performance measurement and GIPS compliance activities across the United States, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions. Prior to joining INVESCO, Todd was vice president and manager of market strategy at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where his team provided competitive analysis of investment products in support of the firm's Institutional Americas business.

Todd is a member of the GIPS Executive Committee and serves as chairman of its Americas Regional Investment Performance Subcommittee. He is also a member of the Performance Measurement Forum and editorial advisory board of The Journal of Performance Measurement. Todd is a former member of the North America Investment Performance Committee and is a regular speaker at industry conferences on investmenet performance topics. Todd earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business adminstration from Wake Forest University.
