David Spaulding, CIPM is an internationally recognized authority on investment performance measurement. He is the president of The Spaulding Group, and founder and publisher of The Journal of Performance Measurement. David is the author of three books on investment performance and contributing author of two more, one of which he coedited. He has served on numerous industry committees and is currently a member of the NAIPC (North American Investment Performance Committee) as well as various GIPS committee. He cochairs the Performance Measurement Forum's Hedge Fund Working Group and chairs the IRR Standards Working Group. He earned his B.A. in Mathematics from Temple University, his MS in Systems Management from the University of Southern California, and his M.B.A. in Finance from The University of Baltimore. He is pursuing his Doctorate in Finance and International Economics from Pace University.
