Martin Schliemann  
is a partner and Head of Asset Management at Ernst & Young AG Frankfurt, Germany, where works on performance measurement, attribution analysis, GIPS, and reporting structures for asset managers (e.g., IFRS).  Martin is chairman of the German Asset Management Standards Committee (GAMSC), a member of the IFRS/Financial Portfolios working group of the European Funds and Asset Management Association (EFAMA), and other international committee for risk and performance measurement.

Before joing Ernst & Young, he was in the asset management audit division at KPMG, Germany.  Martin is a certified accountant and graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Tuebingen, Germany.
