Gary Neale is head of performance at Morley Fund Management where his responsibilities have involves system reviews, implementation of an attribution system for analysis down to stock level, streamlining internal procedures, GIPS compliance and selection and implementation of a Fixed Income Attribution System.  Gary has worked in the investment industry since 1987 and prior to Morley was head of performance at Henderson Global Investors, and at Flemings.  Gary is a member of the U.K. Investment Performance Council and is the chairman of the IMA Working Group on Performance Measurement.
