Dean LeBaron, CFA

An alumnus of Harvard University and a Baker Scholar at the Harvard Business School, Dean LeBaron is founder and former chairman of Batterymarch Financial Management.  Dean is cited as one of the inventors of index funds, a pioneer of quantitative investing and computerized trading, and one of the first institutional investors in the then-nascent emerging markets and agriculture.
