Since The Spaulding Group, founder of this Journal, conducts and publishes frequent surveys on various aspects of performance measurement, portfolio management and risk, we are always especially interested in similar work from our colleagues.  Last quarter we brought you a Canadian survey of pension plan sponsors.  We again were delighted to hear from another part of the world and are particularly pleased that Dr. Los has allowed us to present his excellent survey of fund managers in Singapore.
