The first edition (2002) met with a tremendous response by its recipients, as it provided what we believed was needed: a handy reference guide for the myriad of performance measurement and risk formulas. We're also pleased to say the first edition has sold out, so we were faced with the option of simply reprinting or going through a revision. This enhanced and expanded revision will hopefully be met with the same enthusiasm as the first.
