R. Charles Tschampion, CFA is Managing Director of Investment Strategy and Asset Allocation for General Motors Investment Management Corporation (GMIMCo), where he is responsible for development of long-term strategis asset allocation policy and GMIMCo's tactical asset allocation process, as well as equity and derivatives trading.  He is also a member of the General Motors Investment Policy Committee, and of GMIMCo's Management Council; and he chairs GMIMCo's Asset Allocation Committee.  He has a BS in Industrial Engineering and an MBA in Finance from Lehigh University.  A member of the Association for the Investment Management and Research (AIMR), Mr. Tschampion was awarded the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst in 1986 and is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.
