Deborah Reidy is an Investment Consultant with Mercer Investment Consulting, in Dublin, Ireland. She started with Mercer Limited in 1996 and is responsible for the management and development of Mercer's GIPS verification and consulting unit and is a senior member of the Investment Consulting practice in Ireland. Previously, she worked with Continental Asset Management in New York as the Senior Investment Analyst in charge of Performance Measurement, Attribution Analysis and AIMR compliance. Prior to that she held various other positions managing performance measurement teams, developing performance systems, and servicing clients. Ms. Reidy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and International Business from NYU and an M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from Fordham University. She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences. Recent topics include: AIMR/GIPS, Defined Contribution Investment Issues, The Impact of Monetary Union on Pension Fund Investment, and Performance Measurement.
